With a degree in business management and more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, taking the helm of North Central Insurance in 2021 was a natural fit for William. He enjoys working with people on a daily basis to help them understand their insurance options and provide them with the best possible coverage for their unique needs. William lives in Clare with his wife, two children, and two dogs. He can often be found in the local community coaching his sons’ baseball, football and basketball teams, volunteering with 4-H, and serving as a member of the Clare Chamber of Commerce.

Tanya has been part of the North Central Insurance team for three years where she services commercial and farm insurance needs. She takes pride in caring about her local community and ensuring their insurance needs are met. Tanya enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, three children, three grandchildren and two German Shepherd dogs. When she’s not in the office, she can be found camping, salmon fishing, gardening or baking.

Mary has more than 25 years of experience serving mid-Michigan’s insurance needs, and she specializes in all products offered by North Central Insurance: auto, business (commercial), farm, home and life. She enjoys the peace of mind she can provide her local community by ensuring they are covered against hazards that could affect them. In her free time, Mary likes gardening and playing tennis. A Clare resident for more than 30 years, she is also involved in Rotary Club, Junior Achievement of North Central Michigan and United Way of Clare and Gladwin Counties.

Kelly has served the mid-Michigan area’s insurance needs for more than 25 years, and first joined the North Central Insurance team in 2018. She supports customers by providing them with personal insurance products to ensure they are protected. Kelly’s hobbies include craft-focused projects, such as knitting and crocheting, working with flowers/plants and using paint to restore old pieces.

​With degrees in event management and hospitality from Central Michigan University, Natalie spent six years in the event planning industry before joining North Central Insurance in July 2022. In her role, Natalie specializes in quoting and servicing personal auto and home policies. Natalie loves spending her free time traveling. When she’s not on a trip, she can be found at Clare’s Four Leaf Brewing or hiking a nearby trail.

Pursuing a service-focused career path, Danielle was a certified massage therapist and licensed pharmacy technician before joining the North Central Insurance team as a licensed agent where she specializes in personal insurance lines. Danielle lives in Farwell with her husband, two children and pets: a cat (Arlo) and a dog (Spot).
